Paperwork eats the time that belongs to your candidates
- Theory attendance goes into a notebook and is added up by hand at the end of the month. The lecturer taps names on a phone. Hours are added to each candidate automatically.
- Before an exam term the office phones instructors to check who has 30 hours. The "ready for the driving test" list is always there. Tick the candidates and create a term.
- A medical certificate expires, and nobody notices until the exam. A month before it expires the document shows up on the home screen, under the yellow tape.

Theory
Theory attendance in ten seconds
The lecturer opens the lesson on a phone and taps the names of those present. No notebook and no adding up at the end of the month. Once a candidate reaches 40 hours, they move onto the theory exam list by themselves.
- The list shows only those who still need theory.
- A wrong tap is undone with another tap.
- A closed lesson cannot be changed by anyone.

Programme rules
The system knows who may sit the exam
40 theory hours, 30 driving hours, 5 extra hours after three failed driving tests, and a passed theory exam is valid for a year. The candidate's stage is worked out from hours and results. Nobody types it in, so nobody can get it wrong.
- You set the rules for each licence category separately.
- When theory expires, the candidate goes back onto the theory list by themselves.

Every candidate gets a personal cabinet: hours done, the exam date, how long documents are valid and everything that has happened so far. They choose the password themselves through a link sent by e-mail or Viber. The school never sees it.

Everyone sees only their part of the job
The owner sees everything. The office runs candidates and exams, the lecturer records theory, the instructor logs driving, and a candidate sees only themselves. Add an employee, pick the role and the language, and the access link goes to their e-mail or you send it on Viber.
